Thai Yoga MassageThai Yoga Massage or ‘Lazy Man’s Yoga’ is a strong, rhythmic body treatment. Carried out on the floor, it uses palming, pulsating and yogic stretches. It is based on the Indian yoga philosophy, where the energetic body is perceived as made up of many Sen (energy lines). Blockages in these leads to imbalance and disease. TYM works on the most important of these Sen (energy lines), freeing the flow of energy through them, thus restoring optimal health. Loose clothing must be worn. Digestion, endocrine, immunity and general wellbeing are improved, aswell as the obvious benefits of musculature being released and relaxed. |
